Ordering Reproductions from the Greene and Greene Virtual Archives

How to order reproductions of images on the Greene and Greene Virtual Archives:

  • Find the image(s) you want to order on the GGVA Web site.
  • Locate the identification number of the image. Only images with identification numbers beginning with GGUSC are available from the Greene and Greene Archives. For information on ordering images from other repositories or private companies, please consult the GGVA web site.
  • Send an e-mail to listing the identification numbers and titles of the images and the format you want (e.g. glossy 8 x 10 print, full-size architectural drawing, etc.). Include your name and address, telephone number and fax number. The Archivist will fax or mail a completed order form for you to sign and return.

Architectural drawings can be reproduced at original size from TIFF files by a local graphics reproduction firm. The minimum charge for this service by the Archives is $25. Reproduction charges, shipping and handling are extra.

Photographs are reproduced by the Huntington Library's Photo Lab. Consult the Huntington's website for their price list.
